Got to agree with @benersing on this one. What it can change is transparency and accountability.

Well, yes, those in and of themselves can’t be fully on chain because they are abstract attributes, but those attributes can become more transparent thanks to what can be on chain (actions, occupations, affiliations). It won’t be a perfect picture, but it would be clearer than it is now.
