What are you scared of? TBH, ground turkey taste like ground chicken for me . I love ground turkey thigh as it has more fat and doesn’t dry out . If you like Thai food, you can try this out. Ugh I can’t I’m still trying to incorporate cooking my own foods like hellofresh and homemade chicken tenders 

Not that I can’t cook just the whole process already feels overwhelming on the daily but my health needs improved

Ahhh, I get it. Ground poultry can have a reputation. But good brands actually specify what cuts they use. But if you can control , you can either ground the parts you want with a food processor or meat grinder.

Idk I have some stigma that ground poultry just sounds/looks terrible.. or maybe has chicken feet tossed in.. I’ll give it a shot, thanks
