it’s amazing how walking 20,000 to 30,000 steps a day for just a week completely transformed my body and how it feels. I never saw such results even when I was doing gym, yoga, or pilates five times a week.

might be more about how much time you’re moving versus the actual exercise? 20k-30k steps is 4-5 hours of walking a day (!!) whereas gym, yoga, pilates will be just 1 hour probably (who is gonna do 4 hours of pilates tho daily lol)

1000%, i do 2-4 hours a day! in the morning and in the evening I have a swelling problem that's very hard for me to work on, especially on my thighs and face. I really did try everything and rn just so surprised i just had to walk for it to get better so fast
