These came good. Nut mix was pepitas/ walnut/ and marcona almond. Also change amount to 50g. Froze the flour, and butter before hand. Grated the butter with a box grater

have you tried baking them from frozen? had the BEST scones texture-wise at a local cafe and asked them what their secret was. they freeze them beforehand and pop them in the oven direct so the butter is still frozen when they go in and it creates those little air pockets 🤤

Yeah I bake from frozen or at least freeze for like 1 hour before
