I self-censor a lot on this platform. i type stuff out and delete it. I debated whether or not to share this screenshot below because people don’t really get South Park anymore. I’ve deleted casts because people DMd me it was a step too far. It feels like a “me” problem but I wonder if anyone else feels this way? Ultimately social media is social media and this is a public space. But I wonder if the cozy corner thing is still part of the plan.

lol! This is what I wrote about ‘self-censoring’ a little while ago on Nostr. Maybe it also has to do with what Vitalik wrote about the need for privacy on his recent blog post.

Yeaaaaah I guess not everyone needs to be at every thought but also if thoughts tend to pleasing the masses they become banal, and I’m not into a banal social network. 🤷
