Tried squid liver for the first time and LOVED it - rich, briney, creamy, & a hint of sweetness but not as strong as other seafood livers like monkfish or cod. Soooo soft and squishy. 10/10

Yeah they’re usually slightly sweet, but sometimes I’m not sure if it’s the sauce or the actual liver This one was just lightly seasoned!! From an island in Tunisia at a place called Casa Mia. I don’t think I ever really see squid liver on menus .. I wonder what seafood restaurants do with them https://maps.app.goo.gl/5AcC5vVDd7jpFn84A?g_st=ic
