Tried squid liver for the first time and LOVED it - rich, briney, creamy, & a hint of sweetness but not as strong as other seafood livers like monkfish or cod. Soooo soft and squishy. 10/10

Ok I think it may have actually been squid egg/roe not liver? Here’s my partner’s mom cleaning a squid she got from the local fisherman’s market and they had said the white sacs are eggs Regardless.. very yummy
