We do a little FAFO in the rice cooker. Craving for Taco Thursday…. 1 c jasmine rice 12 oz chicken stock 2 Tbs onion and tomato 1/2 tsp garlic 1/2 tsp of turmeric 1 tsp homemade taco seasoning 4 oz bell peppers Why these ingredients and ratio? It’s because it’s what I had leftover after making other stuff. It’s an experiment :)
