If we were to work on channels as a developer lego, what should we improve?

Decentralizing existing primitive doesn’t drive network growth. 

So would have to offer something new / compelling.

Easy to use and native pay gate system that doesn’t require using a third party. 

Hyperfluid and AF and moxie are an unnecessary layer imo

We had that with warps earlier this year. People didn’t use it.

Ya it’s light years better if you already have them. I really don’t think there is anything wrong with warps or the system. Me not using Coinbase wallet is fringe I assume and I should prob just start using it. 

Is there a reason for the send to email part of the flow when you’re buying warps? Could there be a way to purchase them with usdc from your fc wallet inside the app? I assume on-ramp/Coinbase checkout issue

Warps UX is 100% reliable assuming you have them. Esp. important on mobile.

Hmmm. Is need to think about this more to have a full thought, but knee jerk for me warps never hit because I don’t use Coinbase wallet and it wasn’t the dead simple flow of using tokens in my FC wallet to get them. I bought warps to make channels once and then never did the flow again. I might be a fringe use case regarding that tho. 

If I could 1 click to sub to a channel and it auto withdrew usdc from my FC wallet that would be something I feel like I would do. 

Zero data to support that though, other than how well hyperfluid is doing.

99.9% of channels didn't have content velocity/density to necessitate it, i did it late for /tabletop and /gaming out of necessity. it helped a lot with spam
