“Why isn’t it just 1% of all volume?” To get more specific: v0 through v3.1 Clankers: fees in WETH and native tokens. We haven’t sold any of the native tokens yet but likely will. v4: fees in WETH. This has been swapped into Clanker. LP position: fees in WETH and Clanker. We keep the Clanker and then swap the WETH for more Clanker. Additionally, fees are not generated in pools on Aerodrome or centralized exchanges like Coinbase.

Thanks for clarification. 1. Two thoughts - when you set up the dash etc, make it clear the total Clanker “vaulted”. Vs buy announcement highlights the weth > Clanker yet didn’t do a good job of highlighting the native Clanker collected and vaulted. 2. Please be crystal clear about potential around sales of native tokens, as previously the Clanker team had stated they wouldn’t market sell them, so if you decide you will, this will be a departure from previous expectations.

A large % of the supply has already been burned. So net impact is still positive. Regardless, we'll be clear with communication.

hey Dan, huge respect for the clanker acquisition. Clanker token holders owe you big time. Got myself a farcaster pro subscription because of that. Regarding taxes, I assume you already did, but maybe consider talking to a tax expert... Like to me it almost seems impossible that you can't set up an entity in a tax-free jurisdiction in which all clanker revenues will flow through... Then your US entity where you have US expenses can charge that tax-free entity for services made by the US entity (i.e. salary), but that would basically allow you guys to buy back more than 66% of rev and also simplify the treatment of ecosystem tokens in case you wanted to burn them... Pretty sure many crypto projects where revenues are involved are set up that way, and Definitive (edge) is one of them based on previous discussions I had with one of the team member My 2 cents TYBG
