I sometimes wonder how some people actually train legs back 3 times a week, even 2 atimes, don’t crucify me please 😆🙏🏾 When i train legs, the pain would last for minimum of 3 days ngl, my back day and leg day are far apart cause i want to hit both optimally too, my body is literally destroyed after a leg day. I barely have videos of me training legs cause i forget to actually make them. I’ve seen better results this way, probably genetics 🤷🏾‍♂️ What’s your take on training legs once a week?

My opinion is that if you want to become a bodybuilding champion, you should do more than onse leg workout per week.😁

I don’t feel “destroyed” on leg days anymore, even progressively overload I do a min of 2, max of 3 times a week, around Wednesday’s are more like simple workouts for me, like a warm up for the hard days
