When I used to argue with my mum a lot as an early teenager I used to read r/breakingmom to try get a better idea of her perspective as a mother going through a hard time with very little support She took a lot of shit from everybody over her life and then our life got blown up due to 3rd party circumstances and I didn’t cope well as a kid lmao Pretty sobering stuff to read
