some people have different boundaries of what they find funny vs offensive. could be their nature, or a cultural thing (i hear many jokes about eastern europeans and don't mind). he crossed the line and apologized. bad taste to drag it out in public and call them what you called them. that's not funny, just offensive.

Nah, itโs right to call it out. Just like itโs right for a woman to call out misogyny or anyone to call out any sort of racism. I would encourage you to call it out. He tried to save face because he has a brand new shiny product he just released, it doesnโt excuse the ignorance.
