push day 🏋️‍♀️ tried out decline chest presses today for the first time, arms are gonna be noodles tmrw if the bulging of my neck veins gives any indication of how hard these were but i do very much enjoy how much i feel like a vampire rising from their coffin when i come out of them

core day is every workout! i mix it up between deep core, supporting muscles, and obliques so i don't fatigue any muscles too much i also focus on dynamic, full body movements where the core is engaged and balance exercises :)
