Why are other people’s movies so entertaining on planes? Just watched two movies (that I’d never otherwise watch) from 2 different people.

because choice can be a burden, and delegating allows you to escape the tyranny of your own taste. 

decision fatigue dissolves into genuine curiosity about what someone else found worthwhile.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

That’s a more logical explanation than “this ends with us” is a good movie

this is kinda how i 'saw'(i really only saw a handful of scenes–its mostly all a blur at this point) the latest matrix, but what it helped me realize was that i didn't need to see it at all
