Intuitively, I really want to believe in UBI but study after study shows it just doesn't work. New one on families that got $1k / mo showed zero improvement in educational outcomes, school attendance, food security, or parental satisfaction.

I’ve also read contradicting studies as pointed out by @ruz This recent study is unsettling in any case. I’ll bookmark this and try to read through the meat of the study soon.
