🚨😢 I’m starting to feel pain while running. After a quick search it seems the start of shin splints Here is where you can shill me effective remedies, successful recovery stories and moral support. I have a race on Sunday. The pain is still manageable but I don’t want to worsen the inflammation afterwards.

Hey brother, I would suggest a fast for 24 hrs or as long as you can handle and then super clean eating all the way up to your race. Fasting has always cleaned up any aches or pains in my body after or before strenuous activity. 🥂
