Lightning Lane pass at Disneyland might be our best purchase of the trip so far. Reserve a time slot for it and skip the huge lines for rides for the most part.

We have our 21 month old daughter with us so it makes things a little smoother. I think it was like $240 total for 2 people to use at both parks since we are going to California Adventure tomorrow. We probably wouldn’t pay for extras any other time.

I refuse to pay extra when I already bought tickets. But the lines are getting longer

The whole 8th grade class bought the pass last week for Grad Night.  I remain ambivalent about it.  It helps for the ONE ride you reserve, but you can’t plan your whole day with the pass.  It will let you reserve the next ride after you’ve scanned the pass at the ride you’ve reserved.  The Disneyland app has a “My Day” tab that gives the illusion You can plan your whole day, but you can’t. 😐
