Lightning Lane pass at Disneyland might be our best purchase of the trip so far. Reserve a time slot for it and skip the huge lines for rides for the most part.

I refuse to pay extra when I already bought tickets. But the lines are getting longer

Also makes sense if you’re not local. We live in the area so I get the 3 day pass and don’t feel as rushed to get everything in

I’m willing to spend a little money nowadays to save time. When we go to Universal in the future  we will have to check that out

I used to feel the same way, but things changed for us when my wife and I had kids.  The Disney Lightning Pass is worth it for the price - especially on busy days.

The best overall pass imo is from Universal Studios…the Universal Express Unlimited Pass.  Ride all the rides as often as you’d like, no reservations. 😎

We have our 21 month old daughter with us so it makes things a little smoother. I think it was like $240 total for 2 people to use at both parks since we are going to California Adventure tomorrow. We probably wouldn’t pay for extras any other time.
