I used to try to optimize and be great at every part of what needed to be done. You‘re better off just spending time on the most important thing and being fast/accepting being average on everything else

I’ll take that a step further If you know you are not very good at smth or if you really hate doing certain tasks: stop trying to do it and rather invest your energy in finding someone else to do it
