Consider intermittent fasting. It seems to be effective for reversing insulin resistance which in our society is a major factor in abdominal (visceral) fat accumulation.

https://a.co/1AiEHQJ Younger Next Year… is the book that I would strongly recommend. Soundly based on medical evidence. Alert- there is no short cut.

Having operated on many lumbar discs, I can say 100% that most bulging discs are not due to an injury. Further, the central core of the disc, called the nucleus pulposus, is not of fluid consistency. Fluid in the center of a disc would be a pathological process such as infection or severe inflammation. Clarifying info.

I’ve been wary of PRP(platelet-rich plasma) injections for low back pain. A recent medical literature review suggests there may be significant benefit for degenerative low back pain. Perhaps it does induce spine disc regeneration. More studies needed to assure effect is not placebo. https://www.qxmd.com/r/37760845

I like the idea of a platform incentivizing movement via tokens earned. Accumulating Sweatcoins. Sweat Wallet recently opened up to US users. Anyone else finds this interesting?

Exemplary. Thanks for sharing. I reversed prediabetes getting Hgb A1c to normal range with similar focus on diet modification (with aid of cgm), exercise (aerobic and strength training) and stress reduction.

The study, published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine, found that aerobic activities – such as walking or cycling – improved erectile function in all men with erectile dysfunction, regardless of body weight, overall health, or medication use. Men with the most severe erectile dysfunction saw the greatest benefit.

Interesting findings relayed in article on Medscape.com: Exercising for at least 30 minutes three times a week can be just as effective as Viagra and similar medications at improving erectile function, according to a new analysis of the best research to date on aerobic exercise and erectile function.Exercise cuts costs

Live and let live. Encountered this guy hiking in the desert. We looked at each other and kept to ourselves. Undeterred.

2) This can lead to quality of life improvement. The study was of patients with heart failure but normal ejection fraction and bmi>30.

1) Interesting findings of additional utility of Semaglutide(brand name Ozempic) in September issue of New England Journal of Medicine. Heart failure symptoms, exercise function much improved and greater weight loss after 52 weeks of weekly injections.

An essential metric is the amount of visceral fat. That’s what causes the health problems.

Nice work. I like this Whoop product with the way it gives feedback on baseline state monitoring rest, stress and effort levels.
