Excited this channel exists now! To start off, what routines/habits do you have that most help you with your wellness/mental health? For me, I make sure to take at least a 10 minute walk outside every day, no matter how chaotic things get. Noticed it's made a huge improvement

1) Start the day with 100 abdominal crunches, 100 scissor kicks while brushing teeth then 3 minutes plank or 60 push ups 2)20 minutes meditation 3)15 minutes journal entry 4)45 minutes brisk walk
