dev question: can I create farcaster "read-only" accounts? read-only account as I imagine - low price = pay for gas fees, but not for storage - can connect an auth address - cannot post, like or recast

main challenge with enabling these is someone will write a script that creates thousands of FIDs per block which will cause annoying thrash for snapchain and every downstream consumer we know bc we originally had it this way and this is what happened but might be something we turn back on eventually as it makes sense with storage lending, but might need some arbitrary fee like 1c per fid or something to discourage "fid mining"
