i remember learning about the bizarre things women would (whether voluntarily or via coercion) do to their bodies to be perceived as desirable like elongate their necks as a kid and thinking how strange it’s nice that people just get to be themselves now

But to be forced to wear them when we know they aren’t great for you feels awful.

yea heels just seem so unfunctional and hard on the body in a certain way

it’s ok to be part of a we and see everyone on the same playing field sometimes

They do. But it drives me crazy and I use my foreigner privilege to not participate in it because it’s inhumane!
