It’s a bit misleading, was with the dog, so there was a #1 and a 💩 break. So the HR recovered a bit on those. It’s kind of strange, but my heart rate is always low for the first 5k. 

Peaked out at 189 on an uphill toward the end.

I have to try this and leave a little sedentary, although this month is a little complicated for me, family, dinner, although I am active here working for my fans.
