The main idea is that the only person anywhere with your biometrics is you. When people need you to verify some property of your biometrics, you can generate a proof on your phone, and basically just send them a yes/no according to their constraints.

Orb designs are open source, but I haven't dug through yet. A malicious orb operator would need to maliciously tamper with their orb to collect biometrics, or abuse them. Possible, but it's a tractable problem to tag naughty orb operators.

One part of me wants to do it, because of the innovation and identity; the other part is skeptical about some hopefully distant future company/government, having my biometrics, as there isn't a clear way of how the Orb works internally
