Is anyone here distributing “larger” tips? Once or twice a week I’ll tip $10-20, but I don’t use any of the microtipping apps. 

I tip larger amounts because I feel that it has more intention behind it, I can send a note, and usually pays for a coffee/small meal

Thanks for asking. :) I don't use microtipping apps either, and probably never will. Even as a recipient I don't see the point of tracking all those txs for tiny amounts. I'd much rather contribute (or receive) $10 or more to a crowdfund or subscription or whatever. Feels more respectful of people's time and attention.
