Need help choosing a hotel in Paris. I’m going to be visiting 12/21-12/28. Looking for somewhere that is centrally located and within walking distance to local attractions.

10, 11 and 12th are worth it. You hop on the metro and you'll be on the other side or a bus if you want AC and a view..

paris is physically not so large a city so most of the big tourist sites are pretty accessible from all the locations you've listed here

off the cuff, i'd say first 3 if you're looking for more trendy neighborhoods and last 2 to be in more quiet, residential areas
