it's not only the bills, it's the stuff that gets US votes apart from the regular national legislations. UN, NATO, IMF, G7, etc.

I didn't realize these bills are affecting all of these other countries.

Nah. If you have money to get into crypto then you're good. I'm find ways to put as many of my pennies. Even if it's small into the market. I have been making lots of defi plays where I either become an LP or yield farming to increase coins.  So I'm growing wealth even with a devaluating dollar
