I think I have come to realize is that if you want to say something very controversial and be taken seriously, you need to be hot.

If you are not hot nor sexy, people will think you are annoying.

Being annoying is the kiss of death. If you become hot afterwards, you will be hot and annoying, but not controversial.

any examples? cos I feel like all the controversial takes come from people who are objectively not hot.
