i rolled my eyes at all the huberman husbands who gave up drinking after listening to the "what alcohol does to your body, brain & health" episode.

then i read this Atlantic article (linked below) about the shocking trends in women's alcohol consumption and how it affects us differently and more severely than men 🙈
