Sweden and Norway tried going fully cashless, but geopolitical shocks and cyber threats made them think twice. Turns out resilience requires offline-ready money. If Ethereum wants to be a true public good, it needs to match that level of robustness: •Available without intermediaries •Functional in crisis •Private by design Digital cash is not just a UX problem. It’s a sovereignty one.

Physical cash isn’t very durable Physical cash can be harder to keep safe than something digital Physical cash can be difficult to transport or use in size Physical cash only works in select places (local currency / country)
