easiest & most effektive skincare for normal skin longterm(imo): Mornings: 1 cleanser 2 vitamin C serum 3 moisturizer 4 SPF Evenings: 1 cleanser 2 vitamin A serum 3 moisturizer more advanced: alternatly every 6-12 weeks jett plasma & microneedeling(summer)/hydra-facial(winter)

The way I do it: Morning: Oil Cleanser Hylauranic Acid Serum Moisturiser Sunscreen (Non whitening non oily) Vitamin: B12 & Multivit Night: Oil Cleanser Water based Cleanser Retinol Serum Retinol Eye Cream Moisturiser Vitamin wise - Cherry Supplements (Natural Melatonin) Vitamin E Magnesium Glycerinate

interesting - have never heard of cherry supplements in this form before. will look into it jic: more pure/effective version of retinol: retinal - both are retinoids and convert to vitamin A once applied; only difference: retinal only requires one step, while retinol requires two steps for converting.

I think its called Montmorency Cherries, naturally produced Melatonin (Melatonin is prescription only in Ireland for some stupid reason) Ive definitely been meaning to look further into effective retinol usage, Im still 22 but want to keep that youthful look as long as I can 🤣
