Idk what executive coaching is. I’d say i’ve come a lot further than people would’ve guessed. Still got awhile to go.

i see executive coaching as an opportunity to listen to the internal voice, or the teams internal voice, out loud. Works well if you’re seeking answers for yourself, arent expecting others to do the work for you, and the only prerequisite is someone that wants to hear themselves say things they may not be ready for. If not, likely wouldn’t work because your looking for the other person to give you answers or you’re too closed off to speak to find your own answers. 

I did coaching with Kevin over 2yrs ago and I’d say I’m still reaping those benefits. 

Yes, one can do it themselves. I always felt surprised at how much faster I got through solutioning when I had someone like Coach Kevin to move through certain types of thoughts that other people aren’t as receptive to be soundboards to.
