I have gained some weight since becoming a dad and want to get back into running and lifting once the nanny starts. Any tips on good running shoes for a flatfooted man? Or any good weight routines?

Start simple (foundation movements) - all body weight (high volume) Lock down a proper warmup for yourself (recommend a 10-15min warm-up that involves a core routine too). Running shoe, I would say new balance. I have heard a lot of great things about them.
