Night and day compared to 6 weeks ago. Controlled reps at 185 on the decline press. Last month this was my PR and I wasn’t doing a good job controlling the weight on the way down. Also got one rep of 205 up (probably could’ve done another but I didn’t want to accidentally drop it on myself) but I didn’t film it, wompwomp. Onwards!
