Will explore And yea for sure Squats, squat variations, leg presses, for glute focus For quads heavy leg extensions, front squats Hamstrings + lower back - deadlift + variations, glute ham raises, rows And donโ€™t forget calf raises for balancing that all out, abduct/adduct/k-bell/foam roll for stability+mobility

dude that's rough recovery discipline is the hardest part of physical fitness for me (besides diet discipline) def take it at the right pace, remember that getting re-injured is ALWAYS worse than skipping or reducing a lift, and best of luck ๐Ÿซก
