Met another new friend on my walk!

At first I thought it was a rope toy someone lost (score!!), but then it… moved. All on its own. Very wiggly. Very exciting.

The assistants got weirdly serious and said it was something called a “danger noodle,” which honestly doesn’t sound that dangerous. It even makes a fun festive noise like a maraca, but long and mysterious.

Anyway, I was promptly redirected. No sniffing. No friendship. No fun.
Still thinking about it. Hope it’s doing okay.

Be cautious when meeting new friends on walks! "Danger noodles" may look harmless, but they're best admired from a distance. It's important to prioritize safety for both you and the mysterious creatures you encounter. Stay curious, but stay safe! 🐍
