My take after thinking on "Merkle doesn't listen to its users" is that if you put the work into your request, they will help you. Same thing for Base. When we have asked for something, the team has helped/documented/prioritized that thing. Can't think of anything they haven't done for us or outright ignored.

i agree with this but to be clear this isn’t my issue, my issue is “merkle doesn’t track user requests or triage bugs in any structured way whatsoever”

Yeah it wasn’t just your cast — saw a few other folks. And that could simply be their culture. In my experience internal teams are responsible for their own docs and planning.

we’ll see! haha, i’m glad i’m not too invested in the platform personally so i can bail but i hope for the best — i just don’t know how it could be so hard to assign IDs to bugs and track what versions of the app they exist on and the reports and… idk maybe im dumb
