1.5 years into being a founder: my biggest surprise has been the physical toll. Any others go through the same journey? 6 hours in a desk chair, 8 hours laying down on my couch, 14 hour work days. Trying to fix that now! But itβs like starting at square one. If I run 3 miles Iβm wiped.

Yes both physical and mental health have had some major ups and downs What's helped me: - Standing desk for all meetings - Desk treadmill and/or daily walks - Doing light physical activities during the weekends - Getting at least 6 hours of sleep every night unless there are fires
