I feel so seen. My wife is training as an ADHD specialist coach.
I’m understanding myself in a whole new light. Quite a bit of emotion around it sitting under the surface.
I’ve come to really like and accept myself in the past 20 years or so (mid 40’s now), but underneath that are a lot of feels around been broken ...

Who likes Shakespeare? I went to see Sadie Sink in Romeo & Juliet on the West End this afternoon (with my daughter who refused to be pictured, but loved it).
Sink was strong (got better as it went on imo)
Decent production and a good job of making it understandable and relatable.
