Blackbird really needs to do a better job educating the restaurants and their staff.

Blackbird Pay experience at restaurants is pretty confusing as most don’t know how it works or get easily confused and have to ask a manager. Managers are annoyed by it and oftentimes I just result to paying another way. Pretty frustrating tbh. 

Still a big fan but it doesn’t “just work”

Same issue on my end. Restaurant turnover is rampant- training is minimal on “non-essential” systems. Owners will sign up for better margin on payment processing, force managers to implement the pucks, staff turnover monthly and only care about the next cigarette/where their friend bartends that night.
