The produce at normal (fka middle class) grocery stores goes bad much faster now Bought a box of organic strawberries yesterday, and a few were already covered with mold this morning Rarely happens with produce from upper class stores (eg. Whole Foods). Yet another way the growing class disparity is felt (but hidden)

Not only you -- it's easy to be gaslighted by supply chains because we've been trained to think in conceptual terms like "1lb of strawberries" rather than looking at and smelling the fruits
