📍Redding Market, Philadelphia my first time trying authentic filipino food ordered too safe probably, got the fresh lumpia only because i knew that word from hawaiian food and @moonbeamr told me it might be good (i texted her immediately for advice after feeling like i knew nothing) --i likely shouldve ordered it fried also got a taro drink, could only finish about 1/8th of it because i don't love sweet things but it wasn't as sweet as ube the redding market overall is incredibly overwhelming but i will definitely be back--so much variety!

reading market is quintessential tourist but still so cool herschel’s for pastrami miller’s pretzels beiler’s donuts dutch eating place & you’re a few blocks away from chinatown🤤
