ideally only on days when working on creative/design/marketing stuff, those days it's energizing to hop on calls

if I know I need to lock in to ship something I rather zero calls, it will either disrupt my flow or I'll be kinda fried by the time the call comes around 

context switching is the death of deepwork

What do you like? Beginning/End of day or specific days for calls?

Yuuup a call scheduled in the middle of my day ruins a whole day tbh

People that don't do deep problem solving don't understand how disruptive and time consuming context switching is. Can turn a 10 hour work day into like 3 hours of actual work.

I need an uninterrupted morning. Calls in the middle are fine. But need a late afternoon chunk as well.

There is nothing worse than being locked in, fully aware of every line of code in your project, then having someone break that Zen state for a mundane issue
