What’s the best bridge between EVM chains (e.g. Base - Eth L1)? Currently use orbiter, anything better? 

I care about:

- good liquidity and low fees 
- secure (i.e not gonna rug me). 

I *don’t care* about:

- bridging time (as long as <30 mins)
- good UI

if it's to an L2 that supports forced inclusion (most) then I just invoke straight from the L1, if it's a supported asset on Coinbase I use CB as the bridge, after those options then it's chain dependent

Some L2s I won't touch on principle, but you can forcibly include a transaction call on the L2 via the L1.

Help a thief out Cassie, what does invoke straight from L1 mean here?
