According to the latest Basel plan, the Federal Reserve, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) plan to reduce the increase in capital requirements for large banks. The original proposal required a 19% increase in capital, but now it has been adjusted to a 9% increase. This revision will affect several large banks including JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Citigroup.

My personal experience in the cryptocurrency circle: 1. For the projects you are optimistic about, invest heavily according to your personal ability and keep the profit. 2. Avoid frequent position changes. Cryptographic information is flying everywhere. You must have your own opinions. Too many types of positions will disperse funds and consume energy, which is not worth the loss. 3. Reduce or clear positions when market sentiment is the hottest, and gradually increase positions when market sentiment is the highest.
