What’s the latest and greatest in consumer genetic and microbiome testing?

I used 23andMe over a decade ago (they have their issues now) and Atlas Biomed 3 years ago (was great but doesn’t seem to be available in Canada).

The tech moves rapidly and I’ve made big lifestyle changes so it’s time for an upgrade.

Cool. Yeah, all are a work in progress. For the most part they’re  largely commoditized products from a science perspective. Or so nearly indistinguishable for consumers, that the UX, support and experience/price is what I’d look at. Also worth looking at who owns the data and how they safeguard against theft

Viome appeared a few times in my Googling - nice website gives the impression of a good product. 

Maybe pairing this with a 23andMe chip upgrade (I’m two gens behind) is the way to go.

For gut health, viome has a good reputation. https://www.viome.com/

I haven’t used it personally so can’t “recommend” it. Hear good things though.
