The hardest truth to accept about lifting is: Body weight ⬆️ + Gym weight ⬆️ is so much easier to achieve than Body weight ⬇️ + Gym weight ⬆️ 😩

Unless you have genetics/diet that make it so you don't easily gain weight 😡 For me it was: Gym Weight ⬆️ Body Weight 🔂 until I gave up and decided my genetics/diet is just better for rock climbing lol

Yea I was this when I was younger, but while rock climbing is 100% a valid way to pursue fitness if you ever do want to gain some mass hmu. I got a diet plan for it.

I eventually discovered what I need to do, b4 I was trying to eat all of my calories and protein but it's hard for me to eat constantly. Then I started glamming up some fruit smoothies with protein pow and greek yogurt and accidentally started bulking 🤷 turns out it's easy to drink 1000 calories and 60g protein
