1.5 years into being a founder: my biggest surprise has been the physical toll. Any others go through the same journey? 6 hours in a desk chair, 8 hours laying down on my couch, 14 hour work days. Trying to fix that now! But it’s like starting at square one. If I run 3 miles I’m wiped.

if you wanna improve that vo2max, i suggest bootcamp and cycle practice at aarmy on broadway! after a couple weeks, you'll find that the running won't wipe you out even. vary it though. yoga/pilates. some sauna. btw, i find that bootcamp/cycle gives me more energy to push thru the day
